Today, we shine the spotlight on Heidi Colvin, one of our talented Accounting Assistants, who has been an integral part of our team for the past year and a half.
Heidi’s primary responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of our clients’ monthly financials, handling tax filings, and maintaining clear communication channels with our valued clientele. With her keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service, Heidi plays a vital role in ensuring that our client’s financial records are in perfect order.
When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Heidi highlights her commitment to building long-lasting relationships with our clients. She understands that accounting is not just about numbers; it’s about understanding our client’s businesses and their goals and helping them confidently navigate the financial landscape. Heidi’s warm and personable approach has won the trust and loyalty of many clients who appreciate her dedication and expertise.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Heidi leads an active and fulfilling life outside of work. She shares a deep love for golfing and has been part of a league team for the past five years, playing alongside her mom and grandma. Heidi embraces the opportunity to participate in golfing outings through work and personal life, as it allows her to combine her passion for the sport with building meaningful connections.
When she’s not on the green, Heidi finds joy in giving her dog, Lady, the best doggy life possible, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends. A quirky side of Heidi is revealed through her unique food preferences. One of her favorite and slightly unconventional food combinations is chicken nuggets dipped in honey. This peculiar pairing has become a staple in her culinary repertoire for years.
When it comes to memorable experiences, Heidi shares an unforgettable vacation that took place in April. She and her partner, Devin, went on a cruise with 25 of their closest family members and friends. The cruise took them through the breathtaking Caribbean, stopping at destinations like the Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas. As if the enchanting locales weren’t enough, Heidi’s vacation turned into a life-changing moment when Devin proposed. Witnessing the joy and excitement of their loved ones, along with engaging in thrilling activities like zip-lining, made this trip truly unforgettable.
As Heidi embarks on her journey towards married life, she is eager to embrace her new name, Heidi Breitenstein, and continue making a positive impact in both her personal and professional life.
