Liesel, whose name is pronounced like Diesel but with an L, often uses this comparison to help clients remember, say, and spell her name. It usually works well, and sometimes clients even call her Diesel, which she finds amusing. Her name originates from the movie “The Sound of Music,” where Liesl is the oldest Von Trapp child. Other nicknames she has acquired over the years include Lysol, Lizzo, Leslie, and Schnitzel.

Liesel recommends “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen Covey to everyone. She loves learning new perspectives and life hacks to better perceive different situations. This book inspired her to be a better person and significantly impacted how she processes life around her.

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?

Skydiving. Jumping out of an airplane was probably one of the best experiences of her life, and Liesel would definitely do it again.

What’s your favorite way to stay active and healthy outside of work?

Liesel loves running. She has been running since middle school and has completed two half marathons, with hopes to participate in more in the future.

For Liesel, it’s an easy answer: her coworkers. She feels incredibly blessed to work with such a supportive group of individuals. Everyone welcomed her with open arms when she first joined, and they continue to do the same for new hires. On July 6, 2024, Liesel Couch embarked on a new chapter in her life by marrying her best friend, Nate. Now known as Liesel Cramer, she celebrated this joyous occasion surrounded by family and friends in a beautiful ceremony. The wedding day was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Liesel and her husband are excited to start their married life together.
