Ryan Repta, an integral part of the EWH team, has been serving as the Accounting Assistant for the past seven years. His dedication and expertise make him a cornerstone in the finance department, where he handles Monthly Financial Processing, Corporate Tax Return Processing, and 1040 Processing/Training.

 

What Ryan Loves Most

When asked about his favorite aspect of the job, Ryan’s answer might surprise you. It’s not about the numbers or spreadsheets; it’s about the people. Ryan values the camaraderie with his coworkers, making the workplace at EWH more than just a job.

“We have an overall pretty positive work environment; people here seem to enjoy working together, and I hadn’t experienced that before working here.”

 

Fun Facts About Ryan

Ryan’s dedication to staying active and healthy extends beyond the office. His favorite way to maintain a healthy lifestyle is by hitting the pavement with his Aussie pup. Running becomes a harmonious blend of exercise and bonding time, making it a cherished routine for both Ryan and his four-legged friend.

Outside of the office, Ryan is a multi-talented individual. He indulges his creative side by playing both the guitar and piano. These musical pursuits not only showcase his artistic flair but also provide a refreshing balance to his numbers-oriented work.

One of Ryan’s most cherished memories is attending the Tedeschi Trucks Band concert in 2022. He describes it as the most amazing performance he’s ever seen, a testament to his love for live music.
